A Partnership Proposal · The Wolfpack × OSIM

You made well-being a centrepiece at home.

Now let's make it a centrepiece in culture.

This isn't a slide deck. It's a page we built around your brand, your language, and your next chapter — before making a single ask. Start with the one-screen summary. Tap the marked prompts as you go, and near the end, tell us your priorities. Everything you choose comes back to us.

Executive summary · If you read nothing else

OSIM rents the moment.
The Wolfpack lets you own it.

You built Asia's No.1 wellness brand on a simple truth: people have to feel the chair to buy it. For twenty years you found that moment by sponsoring other people's events — until, in 2024, your biggest one simply stopped. We own the moments instead: a festival that fills a city, a world championship on courts we control, and a two-million-strong content community that turns attention into trial. Here's the whole case on one screen.

The opportunity

A premium funnel built on trial

Asia's No.1 wellness brand spends ~40% of revenue on marketing, yet ~90% of sales still close offline. The moment of trial is everything.

The fit

Trial, audience, content — in one place

EPIC puts the chair courtside for players from 30+ countries. GastroBeats brings the mass crowd. The Meatmen convert it online.

What we fix

Owned, always-on, measurable

Rented becomes owned. A once-a-year spike becomes a year-round community. Awareness finally gains a path to sales.

The ask

One hour, shaped to you

Not a decision — a conversation. Set your priorities on this page and we build the pilot to match.

A letter from the Group CEO

Dear Mr Sim, Ms Tan,
and the OSIM leadership

Toh Jin Wei · Group CEO, The Wolfpack

Before we wrote a word of this, we studied OSIM. Not the marketing — the model. What we found is a company that thinks the way we do: a founder who built not a product, but an ecosystem of premium lifestyle brands, each one stitched into the next. Vision. Valour. Values. We recognised it, because it's how we built The Wolfpack.

You have spent thirty years teaching Asia that well-being belongs in the home. Sundown Marathon. The Badminton World Series. Triathlon. The gaming chair. Every one of them the same idea told a different way — competition, recovery, well-being — and every one of them proof that OSIM is at its best when it steps out of the showroom and into a moment people care about.

But we also noticed something you must feel too. Those moments were rented. When the Sundown organiser walked away, a decade of equity had nowhere to live. We think that's the thing worth fixing — and we've built our whole model around fixing it.

Those moments are what we own. GastroBeats fills a city. EPIC brought a thousand amateur athletes from thirty countries onto twenty-two courts. The Meatmen speak to nearly two million people who cook, eat and live well. We don't sell you a logo placement. We hand you a stage we control — and the community already standing on it.

This page ends by asking what matters most to you. Tell us, and the next version of this pitch is built to the answer. We made this one around your business, not ours. I hope that shows.

We did the homework

The brand you built,
in your own numbers.

OSIM isn't a massage-chair company. It's Asia's number-one healthy-lifestyle brand, a closed-loop ecosystem that turns attention into in-store trial. Which is exactly where we come in.

No.1
In high-end massage chairs across Asia — a premium brand, not a volume one.
~74%
Gross margin. This is a brand-equity business, and equity is what we build.
~40%
Of revenue already committed to marketing. The spend exists — we make it work harder.
~90%
Of sales still happen offline. Trial is everything — and trial is what a live crowd gives you.
One idea, told for twenty years

Competition. Recovery. Well-being. It's always been sport.

'05

Triathlon

Beijing Triathlon, then the Hong Kong ITU Asian Cup. Endurance and recovery — the pairing OSIM has owned ever since.

'11

BWF World Super Series

Title sponsor across all thirteen events, 2011–2014. A racket sport, pan-Asian, elite. A clean bridge to pickleball.

'15

OSIM Sundown Marathon

Asia's largest night run — up to 35,000 runners, an international field, a festival village. A decade as the wellness name on a mass-participation sport.

uThrone

The world's first gaming massage chair

Built with JJ Lin and Team SMG. Recharge, reload, re-energise — recovery, aimed at a younger audience OSIM is deliberately courting.

'26

uDream.AI

Biometrics, five-senses design, recovery for mind and body. The message today is pure sport-science — and it wants a live arena.

What sponsorship alone couldn't do

Great properties.
Structural limits.

This isn't a critique of OSIM's instincts — the instincts were right. But every one of those deals shared the same shape: OSIM rented someone else's stage. Here's what that cost, and what changes when the stage is ours.

The limit

Rented, not owned. The equity accrued to a property OSIM didn't control — so when the operator stopped, the asset vanished overnight.

The Wolfpack fix

You partner inside IP we own and run — EPIC courts and nets owned outright, GastroBeats built in-house. The property can't be taken off the table.

The limit

Spikes, not year-round. A marathon is one night. A tournament is one week. Then fifty-one weeks of silence, with no community to hold.

The Wolfpack fix

The Meatmen's 1.9M-strong community and rice. keep OSIM present every week — the event becomes the spike inside an always-on relationship.

The limit

Awareness, no path to sales. A logo on a start line is seen, not sold — and OSIM's funnel lives or dies on trial and conversion.

The Wolfpack fix

On-ground trial (recovery lounge, festival floor) plus content that pulls online interest into offline trial — the exact closed loop you already run.

The limit

The audience aged with the property. Marathon and badminton spoke to the existing core — not the under-40s OSIM now works hard to reach.

The Wolfpack fix

GastroBeats brings mass, family and younger crowds; EPIC brings health-minded players from 30+ countries. The demographic bridge, built in.

The proof is recent. In 2024, the Sundown Marathon simply wasn't held — the organiser's call, entrants refunded, and after a decade as title sponsor, OSIM was left with no property to stand on. That's not a knock on OSIM. It's the risk of renting the stage.

The insight

Your growth engine, described in your own words,
is the Wolfpack Effect.

OSIM calls its model a closed-loop ecosystem — online builds awareness, awareness drives in-store trial, a great experience feeds back online, and that converts. That is, almost word for word, how The Wolfpack works: a festival that gathers, content that converts, a community that stays. You've defined the machine. We already run one.

The ecosystem, made yours

Four ways in.
One outcome for OSIM.

Not a menu of logos. A single platform, pointed at the one thing your funnel needs most: people, in a premium moment, trying the chair.

A wellness lounge in the festival

Relevance over reach: creators matched to context, closing the gap to trial.

Ecosystem to ecosystem

The longer horizon. V3 already invests; so do we. Beyond a sponsorship, there's a relationship between two Singapore-built houses of brands — co-investment, strategic partnership, shared regional ambition. Not the opening ask. The reason the first one matters.

Two homegrown ecosystems, one worldview. This is where a partnership becomes a partnership.

Where this goes

Start where you were built.
Scale where you already are.

01 · Singapore

Home ground

Two homegrown brands, one city. EPIC and GastroBeats live here. There's a built-here pride story neither of us has to manufacture.

02 · Southeast Asia

The runway

OSIM is already across the region; our IPs are built to travel. The same activation, city by city, community by community.

03 · Greater China

The upside

Your biggest market — and where our IPs go next. Not the first conversation. The prize the first conversation opens.

The ask

One conversation.
Then we build it around you.

We're not asking for a decision today. We're asking for an hour — to walk your team through what an OSIM chapter of EPIC and GastroBeats looks like, shaped by the priorities you just set. Everything you tapped and chose is waiting in the panel. Send it, and it comes straight to us.
